I’m Panduka Ekanayake. This page covers the personal information I collect through panduka.co.uk and my shoot sign-up form, and what I do with it. You can reach me at hello@panduka.co.uk.
What I collect
Shoot sign-up form (on Instagram or Facebook): your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, town and your answer on whether you’re 18 or over.
Contact form and email: your name, email address and whatever you write to me.
If we shoot together: the release you sign and a record that I checked your ID.
Why I use it
I use your details to reply to you and to arrange a shoot. For the sign-up form I rely on your consent, which you give when you send it. For messages you send me, I rely on my legitimate interest in answering them. I keep releases so there’s a record of what we agreed about the photos.
Who else sees it
Nobody else, and I don’t sell it. A few services handle it for me: Meta runs the sign-up form under its own privacy policy, and Hostinger hosts this website and its contact form. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long I keep it
If we don’t shoot within six months of you signing up, I delete your details. If we do, I keep your details and your release for as long as I use the photos. I keep messages for as long as I need them to deal with what you asked.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask me to correct or delete them, object to how I use them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@panduka.co.uk and I’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
I’ll update this page if anything changes.
